배경

  1. 예외 코드가 한 곳에 모여있어 가독성이 좋지 않음.
  2. HttpStatus를 수작업으로 찍어서 오는 휴먼에러가 있음.
  3. 로그를 찍고 있지 않아 에러 발생시 디버깅이 어려움.

작업 내용

예외를 원점부터 다시 검토. 예외 코드, 입력 형식, 핸들링까지 전 범위에서 수정 & 로깅 추가
