배경

배포 후 테스트에서 사용할 토스페이 모킹 서버 구현을 위해, 기존 프로젝트를 멀티모듈 방식으로 재구성할 필요가 있음.

작업 내용

기존 애플리케이션 코드를 별도의 모듈로 분리하고, 공통적으로 사용할 수 있다고 판단되는 기능들은 공통 모듈로 분리
