배경

현재의 관점으로 예전의 코드를 보니, 패키지 구조가 직관적이지 않다는 문제가 있고, 향후 모듈 분리를 위해 패키지 구조를 조금 더 명확하게 할 필요가 있음.

작업 내용

공통적으로 쓰이는 유틸, 설정, 예외 클래스를 common 패키지로 이동한 뒤 코틀린으로 마이그레이션
