배경

이전 #65 의 결과로 성능 개선 효과가 있긴 했지만, 여전히 해당 로직에서 사용되는 독립된 트랜잭션 -> 커넥션 대기로 인한 API 응답 시간 저하가 있음.

작업 내용

최초에 LOCK 및 검증에만 트랜잭션을 사용하고, 외부 API 호출 이후의 로직은 모두 비동기로 분리
