배경

이전 테스트에서 개선점이 있었으나, 여전히 커넥션 병목이 존재하고 있음.

작업 내용

ArgumentResolver에서의 DB 요청을 제거하고 JWT 처리만 하도록 개선 => 과거 레거시에서는 필요한 작업이었으나, 현재 구조에서는 사용되지 않고 있음.
